At Financial Fiduciaries, our number one concern is helping our clients make the most informed decisions about their financial matters. With this in mind, we always look for ways to advocate for them with regard to regulatory concerns. We look at this as “running interference” for our customers to make sure their voice is heard.
Periodically, our Tom Batterman meets with the Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI) to discuss concerns and provide insight into some of the issues that our mutual insurance clients face. It is another way that the team here at Financial Fiduciaries goes to bat for our clients every day. In the most recent meeting late October, discussions centered on fixed term bonds as well as discussions about the status of rules modifications that impact Town Mutual Insurance Agencies. The conversation and dialogue was encouraging and the OCI noted that they would be open to further discussion in these areas.
This is the type of “above and beyond” service that our clients have come to expect from the Financial Fiduciaries team. We are willing to ask the hard questions and fight for the rights and concerns of our clients in order to provide the best possible investment tools for their needs. If you would like more information about the context of Tom’s OCI dialogue as well as an ongoing discussions, we encourage you to contact us! We are always happy to provide updates.
